On August 20, 2014, Brenda Everall emailed Barbara Hall and CC me in the email.

On July 15, 2014 my mom and I both decided to attend this pride event in Sudbury, Ontario.

Ontario is also agreeing to a new transgender policy on preventing discrimination because of gender identity and gender expression.

Barbara Hall avoids discussion about Ontario's dirty secret

Ontario is the only province in Canada not allowing it's Ombudsman to investigate systemic issues that arise with Ontario's Children's Aid Societies.

Only is also now facing a new class action lawsuit on behalf of crown wards.

Kathleen Wynne does not want the Ontario Ombudsman to truly ever find out how badly CASs conduct themselves in court and at the expense of children. Kathleen Wynne is a politician in Ontario and she is current Premier of Ontario.

The Sudbury Children's Aid Society has used money to try and protect the interest of convicted child molesters.

Barbara Hall was appointed Chief Commissioner of the Ontario Human Rights Commission on November 28, 2005, after more than 30 years as a community worker, lawyer and municipal politician.

My name is Larabee and I decided to ask Barbara Hall about the Children's Aid Society.

I am aware that Ontario is the only province in Canada not allowing it's Ombudsman to investigate systemic issues that arise with Ontario's Children's Aid. I'm deeply concerned about the lack of independent oversight of Ontario's Children's Aid Societies. I am also aware that there is a new class action lawsuit against the province of Ontario on behalf of crown wards. I just wanted to see if she was already aware of these problems.

Allowing this publicly funded institution to oversee itself and only providing weak Provincial Review Boards lacking investigative powers is grossly insufficient as we will continue to see in the media.

The purpose of me asking Barbara Hall was just to see if she was aware of some of the problems.

After the camera stopped recorded and the event was over I had free cake and coffee with my mom and watched Barbara Hall talk to other people but not approach me. I was sitting there hoping she would approach me and talk about the need for Ombudsman Oversight of the Children's Aid Societies in Ontario. Unfortunately, Barbara Hall never approached me while she had the chance and while I was just sitting at the table with my mom and eating and drinking free coffee and watching people clean up after the event. I started to believe nobody was interested in my questions and that nobody in the room cared about the CAS. I felt like that until 2 women approached me. One lady approached me and asked for more information about the class action lawsuit and also another lady shacked my hand and thanked me for asking the two questions.
